In her hometown of The Bronx, the early influences for Jennifer Lopez were song and dance. Determined to be famous in both areas from the time she turned 4, she became a regular dance student at the Bronx Boys and Girls Club before moving on to stage productions and performances as a teenager at Preston High School, an all-girls Catholic school.
